Noelle Pratt

Marketing Specialist

Noelle Pratt is the Marketing Specialist for Maverick Fitness. She graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2023. During her time in college, she was a cheerleader and learned the fundamentals of fitness. She has always had a passion for fitness, but after graduating, she decided to take her passion and turn it into a career. She was a gymnastics and cheer coach her first year out of college, during which she earned her Personal Trainer Certification. In 2024, she coached at another fitness boutique, while working as a Marketing Assistant for Coverstore.

Noelle joined the Maverick team as Social Media Specialist in March of 2025, combining her love of social media and fitness into a dream job. In January 2026, she was promoted to Marketing Specialist, expanding her role. Everyday her goal is to shine her values through her work – kindness, positivity, and respect for all.

Outside of work, Noelle loves spending time with her family and friends, and attending sporting events. She is a fan of all sports, but her favorite pro teams are the Dallas Wings, San Antonio Spurs, and Green Bay Packers! She completed her first HYROX competition in 2025, and her goal for 2026 is to learn Spanish!
