Maddy Dahl Allen

Regional Sales & Operations Support Specialist

Maddy Dahl Allen is the Regional Sales & Operations Support Specialist. She graduated from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Pre-Law. During her time in College Station, she found her true passion within the fitness industry and moved to Fort Worth in 2020. Shortly after, she joined the Orangetheory team in March of 2021.

Maddy has served the company as a Studio Manager, Regional Sales & Operations Manager, Regional Training & Development Specialist & now serves as the Regional Sales & Operations Support Specialist. Within her various roles with the company, her main priority remains the same – serve our team & members with the highest level of service and foster a tight-knit community.

Outside of work, Maddy loves gardening, spending time outside, & travelling with her husband, Brady and 2 dogs, Millie & Theo.

Maddy is truly grateful to be part of the Orangetheory DFW team, where her passion meets purpose every single day.
