Since joining the company in December 2020, Carlos has been a driving force behind the growth, culture, and overall success of the studios. Known for his strong leadership, positive energy, and people-first mindset, he has consistently created an environment where both team members and members feel supported, motivated, and connected. His passion for building community and delivering exceptional experiences has played a major role in elevating the studios to new levels of performance and engagement.

Carlos began his journey as a Member Ambassador, where his natural ability to connect with people and lead by example quickly set him apart. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, he advanced into leadership roles as Assistant Studio Manager and Studio Manager. In each role, he demonstrated a talent for developing high-performing teams, strengthening studio operations, and creating a culture rooted in accountability, positivity, and growth. His leadership style focuses on empowering others, fostering collaboration, and ensuring every member experience reflects the values and vision of the brand.

Today, Carlos serves as the leader of operations for the North region, where he continues to make a lasting impact across multiple studios. He is recognized for his ability to inspire teams, drive operational success, mentor future leaders, and build strong relationships within the communities he serves. Whether he is supporting staff development, improving studio performance, or helping create memorable member experiences, Carlos brings passion, professionalism, and authenticity to everything he does.

Outside of work, Carlos values quality time with family and enjoys staying active and connected to the outdoors through camping and travel. A dedicated sports fan, he can always be found watching or talking about just about any sport, bringing the same enthusiasm and competitive spirit from his personal interests into his professional life.
