Amy Widman joined Maverick Fitness Holdings in March 2025 as the Sales and Operations Training & Development Program Manager, bringing with her a strong background in Learning and Development and a deep passion for empowering people through continuous growth. With years of experience designing scalable training programs and aligning development initiatives with business goals, Amy is known for turning strategy into action. She has built a career on helping individuals and teams unlock their potential—always starting with curiosity, listening intently, and crafting practical solutions that drive lasting impact.

At her core, Amy believes in supporting people first, using training as the tool to foster learning, adaptability, and long-term success. She is excited to partner closely with Maverick’s Regional teams to enhance studio operations, refine the sales experience, and elevate team performance across the board.
