Rachel Copeland is the Area Director of Sales & Operations for Maverick Fitness, where she oversees operations for 27 Orangetheory Fitness studios across North Texas. With a strong background in fitness, beauty, and retail leadership, she is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and creating operational consistency that drives both results and member experience.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, Rachel has spent her career leading multi-unit operations, improving business performance, and building strong team cultures rooted in accountability, connection, and service. She works closely with studio and regional leadership teams to support growth, strengthen operations, and deliver an exceptional experience for both members and employees.

Before joining Maverick Fitness, Rachel managed a successful salon operation, owned and operated her own esthetics business, and held leadership roles with nationally recognized beauty and retail brands. Her diverse leadership background brings a well-rounded perspective to team development, customer experience, and long-term business growth.
